Data Deletion
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
You can remove your data from AutoSocials (operated by Lunera AI Solutions FZC) at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: Revoke access from the platform
You can immediately disconnect AutoSocials from any connected account:
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove AutoSocials.
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove AutoSocials.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove AutoSocials.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions → remove AutoSocials.
Revoking access immediately stops AutoSocials from being able to act on that account.
Option 2: Request full deletion by email
To have all of your stored data deleted from our systems, email privacy@lunera.solutions from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include the social account(s) you connected so we can locate the related records. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Access tokens for your connected accounts.
- Stored post records, drafts, captions, and scheduling data associated with your account.
- Your account profile information held by AutoSocials.
Note: content that has already been published to a social platform lives on that platform. To remove a published post, delete it from the platform directly. Some minimal records may be retained where required by law.
